Staying at this hotel was a lovely experience overall. The rooms were cozy and had all the necessary amenities, but the air conditioning could have been more efficient. The service was friendly and accommodating, although some additional services like car hire would have been convenient. The location was perfect, very close to Termini train station, making it easy to get around. The dining options were satisfactory, with delicious homemade pastries offered. The facilities were well-kept, but a bit more variety would have been nice.
